Merge PDFs offline — your files never leave your device
GamanCloud’s PDF Toolkit merges PDFs on your device, not on a server. To be precise about “offline”: you load the page once over the internet, and from then on the merging itself is local — you can disconnect before dropping in your files and it still works.
Open PDF Toolkit — free, no signup
It runs in the browser tab you already have open. Nothing to install, nothing to upload.

Your file never leaves your device
The PDF Toolkit does all its work — merging, splitting, compressing — inside your browser using your own device’s processing power. The PDF is read locally and never transmitted to any server, ours included.
Proof: open DevTools → Network before you start — no upload request ever fires.
Frequently asked questions
Does it really work offline?
The merge itself does. The page has to load once, but after that no network is needed: you can switch off WiFi, drop in your PDFs and merge. That’s also your privacy proof — there is nowhere for the files to go.
Can I control the page order?
Yes. Each file in the list has up/down arrows, so you arrange the exact sequence before merging.
Is it really free? What’s the catch?
There isn’t one. Because the work happens on your device instead of our servers, each use costs us almost nothing — so everything that runs locally is free forever: no watermarks, no size limits, no usage counters, no trial that expires.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no signup, no email capture and no login wall. Open the tool and use it.
