How this site uses AI and automation
GamanCloud is built and run by one person. Some of the work of running it is automated with AI. We think you should know exactly which parts — so here they are, plainly.
What machines do
- Drafting. First drafts of social posts, help pages, and the monthly email digest are generated by AI, grounded in what the tools actually do.
- Scheduling. Approved content is queued and published on a schedule by scripts.
- Monitoring. Scripts watch search data, uptime, and quality metrics, and automatically pause any channel that drifts off course.
What a person always does
- Approval of everything published. No post, page, or email goes out without human review. The automation drafts; it does not decide.
- Community participation. Comments, forum answers, Reddit, Hacker News, direct messages, support — always a real person, never a bot, never AI-written replies. Automated accounts we run (for example on Mastodon or Bluesky) are labeled as automated.
- The product itself. The tools, their code, and every claim about how they work.
Why automate at all?
Honestly: because it’s one person. Automation handles the repetitive work of telling people these tools exist, so the human time goes into building the tools and answering real questions. The alternative isn’t a marketing team — it’s the tools staying unknown.
And your data?
The marketing automation runs on public data — our own search statistics and our own site analytics: Plausible (cookieless) and Google Analytics, which does set cookies. It never sees your files, because we never see your files: the tools process them on your device.
